ERA REAL ESTATE INTRODUCES NEW 'ERAtv' FORMAT
Video series now features sales meeting agendas for affiliated brokerages PARSIPPANY, NJ, June 5, 2002 - The ERAtv Sales Meeting Kit, a print and video resource that provides office managers and brokers with a ready-made meeting kit, is the latest offering from ERA Real Estate, aimed at providing affiliates with effective tools for their business. "This is another product we designed to save office managers and brokers time," said P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of marketing, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. "The package is a 'sales meeting kit in a box,' which includes customizable agendas. After presenting the video, the meeting facilitator can use the pre-created agenda or tailor it on the Intranet site, TeamERA.com." The content of the videotape includes a combination of training and informational segments. The different segments feature select speakers who discuss trends in the real estate industry, ERA products and services, best practices and fundraising. One segment of the most recent video shipped to ERA brokerages around the world focuses on the benefits of utilizing the products and services offered to affiliates and consumers through ERA Mortgage. It features an interview with Woody Hogg of ERA Woody Hogg & Associates in Mechanicsville (VA), who discusses the latest trends in mortgage services. The second segment spotlights a "Marketing Excellence Panel" of top ERA brokers. The panel exchanges best practices for everything from public relation tactics to community service tips. Affiliated brokerages receive the ERAtv Sales Meeting Kit three times a year. ERAtv was launched in 1997 as a weekly nationwide satellite broadcast for ERA members to learn and share best practices. Since then, the program has evolved to keep pace with the changing needs of ERA brokers and sales associates. The videotapes provide affiliates with the flexibility to view ERAtv when their schedule permits.
