PARSIPPANY, NJ, June 11, 2002 - Former President and First Lady, George and Barbara Bush will be among those presenting keynote addresses at the 2003 ERA International Business Conference on March 13-16 in San Diego, CA.

"The Bushes have witnessed and shaped American history and they will inspire our membership with their humor and unique perspective on historical events," said Brenda W. Casserly, president and COO, ERA Franchise Systems LLC.

George Herbert Walker Bush was the 41st President of the United States during a time of great change for the nation and world, including the end of the Cold War. During his term in office, President Bush's accomplishments included signing into law the Americans with Disabilities Act and a strengthened Clean Air Act-landmark civil rights and environmental legislation. He also fought for and negotiated the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which was later signed into law. Since leaving office, the former president has visited 56 foreign countries and has helped raise millions of dollars for a variety of charitable organizations.

The former First Lady, Barbara Bush, will also speak to conference attendees. She is well known as a best-selling author and literacy advocate. For decades, she has supported hundreds of charitable and humanitarian causes. Today, she continues her volunteer service as ambassador-at-large for AmeriCares, and is active in assisting the Leukemia Society of America, Ronald McDonald Houses and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Also delivering a keynote address at the 2003 ERA International Business Conference will be nationally renowned motivational speaker, Keith Harrell.

"Keith Harrell is a dynamic life coach and motivational speaker known for his energetic and inspiring presentations," Casserly said. "As one of America's top motivational speakers, his powerful messages on achieving goals and turning attitude into action will be of great personal and professional benefit to conference attendees."

A 14-year marketing veteran formerly with IBM, Harrell focuses his presentations on offering advice about how to reach personal goals and increase business productivity. His high-energy addresses are crafted to inspire audiences with a confident attitude while delivering valuable messages for professional growth.
