ERA FRANCHISE SYSTEMS LLC PRESIDENT & COO OFFERS INSIGHTS ON EMERGING FEMALE HOMEOWNER MARKET
Brenda W. Casserly joins News 12 New Jersey to discuss the ERA® brand and real estate trends PARSIPPANY, NJ, August 22, 2002 - Brenda W. Casserly, president and COO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC, will appear on News 12 New Jersey's business program on August 24-25 to discuss recent studies that indicate female homebuyers are a fast-growing segment of the housing market. She will also address the trends in today's industry as well as unique ERA products and services. Hosted by Marlene Waldock, "New Jersey Business" invited Casserly to offer her insight about the increasing number of women-owned franchised real estate brokerages and the emerging market of female homebuyers. "Households headed by women represent a growing segment of the housing market," said Casserly. "Fannie Mae's research indicates that by the end of the decade, female-owned households are projected to increase to almost 31 million, which is nearly 28 percent of all households." Casserly will also discuss some of the unique products and services offered by the brand such as the ERA® Sellers Security® Plan, a program that offers consumers an assured sale of their home. The program will air on Saturday, August 24 at 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and Sunday August 25 at 4:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
