PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 4, 2003 – ERA Real Estate announced today the launch of MyTeamERA.com, a secure Intranet product that automatically tailors its contents to the specific needs of individual ERA affiliates.

Conveniently accessible from the brand's award-winning TeamERA.com Intranet site, MyTeamERA.com delivers the tools and information that are important to its sales associates, brokers and office administrators.

"Think of MyTeamERA.com as a personal electronic briefcase," said P. J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of marketing, ERA Real Estate. "When an affiliate enters their unique TeamERA.com username and password, the site uses this data to generate a secure MyTeamERA.com page designed for their specific needs. MyTeamERA.com gives our affiliates convenient one-stop access to everything they require to help them work smarter, faster and easier."

At the core of MyTeamERA.com are the innovative ERA technology program accounts. These include:

• ERA Move Planner. An e-mail utility designed to help sales associates keep in touch with customers between contract and closing. The system provides clients with timely tips at each stage of the move process.

• ERA Property Flyers. A program that allows affiliates to download and format flyers to post to a Web site, e-mail to a client or distribute at an open house.

• ERA Electronic Recruiter. A tool designed to save brokers time while recruiting new agents. The Internet-based utility generates e-mail messages for sales associates of all career levels. There are four tracks, each with 10 messages, which are sent over the course of several months. The messages feature information about ERA incentive programs, technology and training.

In addition to the ERA technology programs, MyTeamERA.com offers access to ERA eCampus training where affiliates can advance their education on a comprehensive range of real estate issues, and the professionally designed ERA Web template which sales associates can create and download their own personal Web site.

ERA affiliates can also use resources such as a weather forecast search or a package tracker for Airborne, Federal Express and United Parcel Service. The site provides users with ERA Real Estate and industry news, coupons for national and local partner discounts, and ERA mortgage rates that refresh three times daily to provide the most current rate. There are also direct links to the ERA Mortgage, ERA Home Protection Plan®, and ERA Referral Network programs.

MyTeamERA.com also allows users to access their e-mail box, ERA.com consumer profile and listings.
