PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 26, 2003 – ERA Real Estate announced today that two commercials from "It's the Little Things We Do" television campaign received top honors in the 24th Annual Telly Awards for advertising excellence. "Camera" and "School" commercials received first and second prizes respectively in the Telly Award's "Regional TV & Multi-Market Cable" category.

The award-winning commercials were among more than 10,000 entries from the U.S. and several other countries, including Ireland, Hong Kong and Denmark. The competition's panel of judges included top production professionals from around the world. Winners were determined based on the Telly Awards "standard of excellence" rather than competing against one another.

The popular Little Things television campaign highlights the dedication of the ERA affiliates in a series of clever and amusing vignettes as they go beyond the call of duty to help their customers through every stage of buying and selling a home.

"ERA affiliates across the globe go to extraordinary lengths to help their customers. That's why we are among the leaders in the highly competitive real estate market year after year. And it is why we have won not one, but two, Telly Awards."

The "Camera" commercial, which showcases an ERA associate paying such close attention to detail that she stops photographing a house to pluck an offending sprig of crabgrass from an otherwise impeccable lawn, took the first place prize with a Silver award. "School," a spot which highlights an ERA associate so dedicated to determining the quality of a neighborhood school system that he attends a grade school class, placed second with a Bronze award.

The campaign, launched last year during NBC's Today Show, has been featured on multiple cable networks, including Home and Garden TV, PAX and the Hallmark channel. It has proven so popular that it has been dubbed in several other languages for use by global ERA affiliates in countries as far away as Singapore.

The Telly Awards were founded in 1980 to showcase and recognize outstanding non-network and cable commercials. The competition was expanded several years ago to include film and video productions.
