PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 26, 2004 – Continuing its commitment to remain a technological leader in the real estate industry, ERA Real Estate today announced the re-launch of its consumer Web site, ERA.com. Recognizing consumers' growing desire for a more personalized online experience, ERA Real Estate unveiled the MyERA.com feature of its newly renovated Web site. With the world of wireless communication experiencing exponential growth, ERA Real Estate also introduced ERA.com Mobile, a feature that offers consumers the added convenience and timeliness of accessing the site from their cell phones or personal digital assistants (PDAs).

MyERA.com allows consumers to individualize their experience on the Web site by saving search criteria and listings, significantly reducing the time needed for their home search. By accessing this new feature, consumers are also able to receive e-mails from ERA Real Estate for home listings that match their specific preferences.

Create A Room and My Virtual Assistant are home planning tools that have been added to MyERA.com. Create A Room can be used to design a virtual room layout for moving or redecorating purposes, while My Virtual Assistant helps a consumer track and record activities involved in the purchase or sale of a home, including inspections, title searches and utility information.

ERA Real Estate is also proud to be one of the first organizations within its industry to incorporate a wireless aspect to its Web site. ERA.com Mobile allows on-the-go consumers with a Web-configured cell phone to log on to their browser, type in "www.ERA.com" and connect instantly to listings and other home search tools. This feature also enables ERA brokers and sales associates who may be away from the office to remain in real-time contact with their clients, increasing their overall service efficiency.
