ERA® REAL ESTATE NAMES NEW APPOINTMENTS Parsippany, NJ (December 2, 1999) – ERA Franchise Systems LLC today announced the appointments of Jeanne Rittinger to Vice President of Service Initiatives and Franchise Sales Support and Joseph Salvo to Director of Preferred Alliances. The company also announced the promotion of Danielle Galioto to Communications Specialist. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, Rittinger will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of Internet-based consulting/service formats. She will additionally act as a national service resource to support the company's franchise sales team. A former president and owner of a real estate brokerage in Northern Kentucky and sales manager for ERA Dawson Realty of Dayton, Ohio, Rittinger is a longtime real estate instructor who became an ERA business consultant in 1988. During her 11 years of service, she has been responsible for the success and growth of ERA brokerages in Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia and Florida and was named "Consultant of the Year" three times. Also based at ERA headquarters, Salvo will transfer from his position as business consultant for the Southeast region to assume responsibility for the continued development and maintenance of the company's preferred alliance relationships. A certified real estate instructor with nearly 20 years of industry experience, Salvo came to ERA in 1996 from William Raveis Real Estate, an award-winning Connecticut firm, where he served as sales manager and was honored as "Relocation Manager of the Year." Additionally, he was a former owner/broker of J.R. Salvo Company as well as the Past Treasurer of the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Hartford and a member of the Past Board of Directors for the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. Galioto joined ERA in 1998 as Audio/Visual Production Coordinator, responsible for the coordination and production of all audiovisual products and services for ERA members, including the enhancement of satellite programming and the production of 50 weekly original broadcasts each year. In her new position, her added responsibilities will include the consistent and timely delivery of various member communications initiatives, the management of outside contractors and the promotion of ERA marketing tools and products through video, print and on-line mediums. Formerly with Century 21, Galioto has been key in the success of several ERA communications projects, most recently, "Inner City Goes West" which received extensive television coverage on NBC, Fox and ABC affiliates in Bozeman, MT and San Diego, CA.
