ERA REAL ESTATE APPOINTS NEW REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF FRANCHISE SALES FOR NORTHEAST REGION
PARSIPPANY, NJ (June 4, 1998) – Today, ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced the appointment of Gus Stamoutsos as Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales for the Northeast region. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, Stamoutsos will be responsible for the growth of his region through the conversion of independent real estate companies, mergers and acquisitions. Before joining ERA, Stamoutsos was a Franchise Sales Director at Coldwell Banker for the previous year and a half. Prior to working for Cendant, Stamoutsos was president and owner of multiple businesses in both the restaurant and land developing arenas and is a graduate of Middlebury College, Vermont, with an investment banking background. The ERA Franchise Sales division includes four regions: Western, Southwest, Southeast and Northeast. All four sales regions are headed by Regional Vice Presidents who report to ERA Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales, Jack Menzie.
