Parsippany, NJ (April 1, 1999) – As part of their ongoing commitment to fostering excellence among their brokers, associates and offices, ERA Franchise Systems LLC has announced the "Best of the Best" award winners, honoring outstanding performance in the previous year. A total of 909 ERA member brokers and sales associates were recognized for their outstanding contributions on behalf of ERA Real Estate, representing 39,219 transactions worldwide, with over $6 billion in sales volume.

Each year, ERA recognizes the top domestic and international franchisees, individuals, brokers and associates, as well as fundraisers for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which ERA has sponsored for the past 22 years.

THE GENE FRANCIS MEMORIAL AWARD – TOP ALL AROUND BROKER
This is the top award given at ERA and is based on standards of business, personal conduct and community involvement.

* For 1998, Robyn was an ERA Division 1 Volume Finalist, ERA Division 1 Units Finalist, as well as a Top 50 Member Broker.

TOP ALL AROUND ASSOCIATE

1998 marks the third year in a row that Janice Miller has received this award

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

COORDINATOR OF THE YEAR
This award is given by an ERA Services Staff Award Committee to non-brokers for their outstanding commitment to their offices and to their customers.

ED BILINKAS MEMORIAL AWARD
This award is presented to the ERA broker whose company raises the most to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association in the calendar year.

* ERA Rafferty & Lloyd raised an all-time high of $83,000 this year for MDA.

Award winners were honored recently at the 1999 ERA Real Estate International Business Conference in San Diego. Each winner earned a trip for two on the 1999 ERA Leadership Team Recognition Trip, a complimentary excursion to Monte Carlo. As the winner of the Ed Bilinkas Memorial Award, Dick Rafferty of ERA Rafferty & Lloyd will also represent ERA on The Jerry Lewis Labor Day Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon, to present a check on behalf of ERA professionals nationwide.
