ERA® APPOINTS NEW SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FRANCHISE SALES Parsippany, NJ (April 15, 1999) – ERA Franchise Systems LLC has announced the appointment of Jack Frost to Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, Frost will be responsible for building on the foundation of new ERA members that the franchise sales team has brought to ERA in 1998 – a year after a year of milestone franchise growth. Frost's promotion comes after serving two years as Vice President of Franchise Sales for Cendant Real Estate. Among the notable companies Jack helped to bring into the Cendant family were Moore and Associates in Denver, CO, and Coker and Cook in Sacramento, CA. Frost began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Relocation Services in 1986, then worked for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates from 1987 through 1997. He is a graduate of Duke University, with a degree in economics. The ERA Franchise Sales division includes four regions: west, central, southeast and northeast. The regions are headed by regional vice presidents who will report to Frost.
