PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 11, 2005 – ERA® professionals from around the world will once again gather for the annual ERA International Business Conference, to be held Feb. 14 to 17 at the Gaylord Palms™ Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The conference attendees will meet for the three-day conference to network with fellow real estate professionals, attend cutting-edge training courses and learn about the latest product and service offerings from ERA Real Estate.

Anthony Robbins, the international best-selling author and award-winning speaker, will deliver this year's keynote address and offer his insights on such topics as the psychology of leadership, negotiations, organizational turnaround and peak performance. For more than a quarter of a century, Robbins has advised leaders around the world and has directly impacted the lives of nearly 50 million people with his best-selling books, audiotapes and public speaking engagements.

Comprehensive educational sessions, hosted by industry experts, will be held throughout the three-day ERA event, and cover such wide-ranging topics as "Thriving in Changing Markets and Changing Times," "The Five Keys to Effective Real Estate Leadership" and "How to Negotiate Anything, Anywhere."

Brenda Casserly, ERA president and COO, will be present to recognize the network's best and brightest companies and individuals with a number of production and service awards. Meanwhile, Alex Perriello, president and CEO of Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group, will be on hand to personally award academic scholarships to the children of several members of the ERA system.

In addition to Robbins, the conference will feature other inspiring and enlightening speakers. Trish McEvoy, founder and CEO of Trish McEvoy Beauty, will be on hand to share the secrets of success that led her to the forefront of her industry. Billy Gilman, Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) National Youth Chairman and talented, award-winning singer, will also be in attendance at the conference this year.
